Overload/Underload Training System
Strength + Speed = Power
Power is the rate at which work is performed or energy is converted. OK, enough physics. Having power like Pujols means swinging hard and fast. Overload/Underload training begins with using something heavy (the Power Stick) and something light (the Quick Stick). By working out with these contrasting weighted bats, batters will develop strength and speed in their swingólike Pujols at the plate.
